Shaded by a canopy of pine trees, this beachside hotel and residential area boasts complete tranquillity, just a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of the Plaza in Puente Romano, with all its restaurants and drinks place, and 5 minutes away from Marbella’s commercial centre.
The five-star Hotel Puente Romano is right at the centre of its own prestigious urbanisation. Built in 1974 as an exclusive apartment complex, it surrounds the Roman bridge from which it takes its name, a structure thought to date back to the 1st century AD when it formed part of the roadway linking Cádiz to Rome.

Nowadays, Puente Romano is also famous for its fantastic events such as the international tournaments held at its 11-court tennis club, home to the Masters Tennis Tournament – as well as being the venue for Bjorn Borg’s wedding! Over the years, the centre has also welcomed a whole host of musical stars to its summer stage: Montserrat Caballé, José Carreras, Ray Charles, BB King, Van Morrison, Grace Jones, Blondie, Dionne Warwick and Earth Wind & Fire are just a few of the acts that have entertained the residents of Marbella and its visitors.

From the house you can pretty much do all your life walking distance. Nicest beach in Marbella is 5 minutes walking, Puente Romano tennis club, restaurants, night clubs and ammenities are 5 min walking also. Property comes with 2 parking spaces plus there is another space at the door of the property. In puente romano, by the tennis club there is also a reasonably big parking lot where it isnt difficult to park in if needed. There is a bus stop 3 min walking from the house with 7 bus lines that go to Marbella town or puerto banus. All car hailing companies (Uber, Bolt, Cabify) work very well also
Parties are absolutely not allowed. This is a very calm estate and neighbours` night sleep needs to be respected. Furniture and facilities have been set to very high spec and are there to be enjoyed by everyone willing to stay. We will however enforce the clause that allows us to cancel the rental if the no-party rule is not respected. Please, people that come with the purpose of organising parties at the property abstain from booking. Thank you.
