The beach can be reached via the adjacent footpath in about 2 minutes. Kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven. A frieze staircase leads to an alcove and a studio with a double sofa bed. Shower room with toilet. The upper floor has high-quality floor tiles, and the attic is carpeted. Telephone. Parking space in front of the house. Pets are allowed. A complete renovation will take place in October 2020. This apartment will shine in new splendor as of December 21, 2020.
