Inside, you’ll find everything a family needs for a fun and relaxing stay—board games, a football table, a selection of DVDs, and plenty of space to unwind together after a day of adventure. Whether you're enjoying meals with a view from the balcony, heading off for a hike/ coastal walk, or just enjoying a quiet evening in, this is a place to breathe, laugh, and make lasting memories with those who matters the most.

This has been our cherished family holiday home for many years, and we're passionate about keeping it just that — a warm, welcoming space where guests can truly unwind and enjoy some much-deserved time away.

High Bickington is a quiet yet beautiful village conveniently located between Exmoor and Dartmoor National parks within easy access to numerous hiking routes as well as the Coast. The village boost a friendly village shop with a café in-situ, as well as a pub.
South Molton is a local town with a traditional market as well as plenty of independent shops & restaurants. And Barnstaple has all the amenities that you could want for your stay with us.
