A Tuscan farmhouse, recently renovated with full respect for its history, located on the slopes of the Vallombrosa Nature Reserve, nestled in the woods, just 29 km from Florence, for exclusive private use with an infinity pool offering a panoramic view of the Frescobaldi vineyard-covered hills, adjacent to Ristonchi Castle.

The farmhouse covers an area of approximately 400 square metres and features 6 bedrooms—including one suite with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed—each with its own bathroom, a billiards room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a poolside bathroom, a patio with a glass-enclosed veranda, and a vast fenced-in garden.

Podere La Doccia is the ideal place to find peace and relaxation immersed in a unique setting, where you can enjoy an enchanting private garden with an infinity pool, offering a fantastic view of the beautiful hills of the Frescobaldi vineyards and Nipozzano Castle.

There are 6 rooms available: 3 on the second floor and 3 on the ground floor.

The spacious and harmonious suite features a king-size bed and a sofa that converts into a double bed; the second, intimate and cosy, offers a double bed like the other three; and finally, the sixth room has two single beds.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find the lounge with a large sofa, TV, and game table.

Also on the ground floor, you’ll find the billiards room.

You can enjoy the charming kitchen, fully equipped with all the amenities needed to prepare and savour a wonderful breakfast featuring fresh, daily-sourced ingredients—perhaps enjoyed by the pool, accompanied by the chirping of the sparrows that inhabit the garden.

You’ll have access to a spacious private garden, a pool, a barbecue, armchairs, sofas, and a beautiful fireplace where you can spend the evening with friends, perhaps reading a good book and enjoying the cosy warmth. You’ll also be able to listen to your favourite music by the pool to fully savour these unforgettable moments.
Parking is also available on the property.

A stunning 12x6-metre infinity-edge pool is always at your disposal, offering views of the typical Tuscan landscape. It is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, armchairs, tables, umbrellas, and a shower.

Upon arrival, you’ll find all the necessary linens, dressing gowns, towels, and pool towels, which will be changed every weekend. If you need to do laundry, a washing machine is available. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and bathtub.

Wi-Fi is unlimited and free; you’ll have a strong signal wherever you go, even by the pool. You’ll be given the Wi-Fi password upon arrival.

The estate features about 27 hectares of woodland, with trails, streams, and little corners of paradise.

You’ll discover many animal species, including squirrels, deer, roe deer, and all kinds of birds.

There are also several centuries-old oak trees, which lend a majestic character to the landscape.

If you’re a mountain biking enthusiast, you can simply set out from home to explore roads and trails typically used by both amateur and experienced cyclists.

If, on the other hand, you’d rather go for a walk, no problem—the forest has numerous trails that branch off into the undergrowth, rich in unique flora and fauna, leading all the way to the Vallombrosa and Consuma nature reserves. You’ll also have access to a map with hiking trails. Just step out your front door and you’ll find yourself right on the area’s most beautiful trails.
