The Villa Mila (300 m²) is an authentic home that blends into its natural surroundings, renovated using original and natural materials such as wood and stone, and sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms:
– The main floor is composed of a beautiful dining room with long wooden table, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with island and access to the patio, a few steps down a panoramic living room with couches and TV and fire place, a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
– The upper floor includes two bedrooms with double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
– The lower floor consists of three bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower, and the laundry room.

Outside you’ll love the garden and terraces with wonderful views over the verdant hills, as well as the complete serenity and privacy of the untouched countryside. Secluded luxury, to escape from everyday life with the hammocks and sun loungers, BBQ and pizza oven and fire pit, and a long table beneath a covered patio to experience the Piemonte region’s culinary cuisine and fine wines. A beautiful 12-meter-long infinity swimming pool will offer moments of refreshment. Guests are welcome to use the four bikes to explore surrounding area.

The Villa Mila is located in Roccaverano, one of the highest settlements (750m) in the Piedmont vineyards area. With its castles, monasteries and sanctuaries, every little hamlet that looks out over these breathtaking hills has a unique tale to tell. The territory is rich in great wines and excellent food is the rule; visit the famous Barolo area, enjoy wine, cheese and truffle festivals in Alba and Asti. The region enjoys a central location between the cities of Milan and Turin, the northern Italian Lakes and Alps, and the Mediterranean Sea in Liguria.

This Villa Mila (6 bedrooms) can be rented alongside the Villa Kaja (5 bedrooms) for groups of to 22 persons. The homes are only a 3-minute walk apart, yet cannot see each other, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility.

Note:
– Swimming pool opened seasonally, approximately from May to mid-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
– Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only).
– Parties or events not allowed.
– The property is not recommended for small children and people with walking difficulties because of its hillside rural location, various steps inside and outside, and the unfenced areas in the garden and pool area; attention is required for everybody.
– The villa is remotely located on a hillside, accessed by an unpaved and unfenced road of about 900 m in the woods; a SUV or 4×4 car would be recommended, but it is possible with a normal car, driving slowly and paying careful attention.
– The Villa Mila (6 bedrooms) can be rented alongside the Villa Kaja (5 bedrooms) for groups of to 22 persons. The homes are only a 3-minute walk apart, yet cannot see each other, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility.
