About the penthouse

Our brand-new penthouse is stylishly and luxuriously furnished and equipped with every modern convenience. We have designed it exactly as we would like it ourselves on holiday: spacious, light and comfortable. Perfect for a stay for two, but also ideal for families or a group of friends.

Outdoor living

Start the day on your private balcony with a fresh cup of coffee and views of the tropical surroundings. Then take a dip in the refreshing pool, rinse off under the outdoor shower and relax with a drink in the sun. Parking is easy on your own private spot right next to the penthouse.

The location

You will be staying in the popular Jan Thiel area, one of the island’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Jan Thiel Beach is just 3 km away and offers trendy beach clubs, excellent restaurants, a supermarket and charming shops. Mambo Beach is also close by (about a 10-minute drive) and the airport can be reached in around 25 minutes. Everything you need is within easy reach.

Other things to note

Your stay includes a standard usage allowance of 0.5 m³ of water per day and 20 kWh of electricity. This is more than sufficient for normal use by 4 people (with air conditioning used during the night). The meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. Any excess consumption will be charged at €9 per m³ of water and €0.45 per kWh. This is to be settled in cash with our host at check-out.

For stays longer than 14 days there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. The cost for this (€50) is to be paid in cash to our host.
