Overall it was a good experience. This was my first rental on Vrbo. Initially I struggled with communication. I believe it was due to the fact that a business is utilizing Vrbo for rentals. However, a couple days before I arrived I did hear back and communication was great thereafter. It is a great location, with a Monop (grocery store) within steps! It is also on the same street as a Metro and around the corner from a street complete with eating and shopping opportunities.The home was a bit smaller than I realized. We had 3 single adults and 1 teenager. Unfortunately, we could not extend the sofa bed because the restroom was nearest the kitchen, and doing so would have prevented anyone else from accessing it at night. It was cold at the time, however, the home is complete with heaters. Unfortunately, the heater near the table (as depicted in the pic), blew hot air straight up into one of the bedrooms, which made it difficult to keep the adult on the couch warm and the adults in that bedroom comfortable. Lastly, note that if anyone has mobility issues, this is not the place. My nephew absolutely loved it and he had the steeper stairs. Note: I would have given it 5 stars, but it could use some finishing touches in the kitchen and bathroom, plus more space management. Still, coffee pods were available, kitchenware, and water in the refrigerator. PLUS, there was a washer/dryer combo. I would stay again in a party of 2.. or maybe 3 (if no need for sofa bed).
