A unique 3 bedroom one bathroom apartment in the heart of Marylebone, featuring a balcony and a huge roof terrace with far reaching views across London. The apartment has a shared entrance and staircase and occupies the entire top floor of a centrally located building, very close to Baker Street tube and minutes from the shops and attractions of London. The apartment can be rented as an entire place (5 bed 2 bathroom apartment) which would occupy all 3 floors or as a 3 bed (top floor only). This beautiful apartment can be rented in its entirety as a 5 bed 2 bathroom apartment occupying all 3 floors or as a 3 bed one bathroom with balcony and roof terrace ( this occupies the top floor only). Please be aware that if you rent the top floor apartment (the 3 bedroom), you will share a staircase with the apartment below (where the Host sometimes resides) and will need to pass through it to access the top floor. The top floor is entirely self contained however with kitchen, lounge, 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Once upstairs you are entirely self contained and the doors all have locks. The lounge has two lockable bedrooms leading off, and also leads out to the private balcony with direct access to the roof terrace which will be entirely private during your stay as no one else will have access. The third bedroom is off the hallway. Please be aware that the apartment is at the top of a grand period building so there are a lot of steps. The entire top floor is an apartment in its own rights with kitchen, lounge, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and balcony and roof terrace. There is a shared entrance and the Host occupies the lower floor of the apartment so the staircase is shared but once upstairs everything is entirely private. Keys are accessed through a keybox. Please note this is a grand, period building and the apartment is up five flights of stairs, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues! It does have the wonderful views though so is an absolute delight and a true gem in a great, central location.
