The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, despite being in one of the most central and historic spots Florence.



The Space:

The apartment is in a prime location, just a couple of blocks to the famous and stunning Santa Croce Cathedral and piazza. (Santa Croce is the resting place of Michael Angelo, Dante, Galileo among many others).



The square is home to many festivals and markets year-round and is surrounded by restaurants and coffee bars. In addition, the space has a magnificent view of infamous Dome by Brunelleschi in Piazza Duomo! This very central location is just a few walking minutes away from the main attractions of the city: the Duomo, Piazza Della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi.



The apartment is fully equipped with WIFI and AC and is very quiet and silent despite the central and strategic position.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building without a LIFT, it is not wheelchair accessible. There are 58 steps to enter the apartment, not suitable for those with mobility problems because some flights of stairs are a bit steeper.



The space:



Light and open apartment enjoys the best location for sightseeing and shopping! The unit is newly renovated and very bright with all brands new windows. In addition to these being big and functional, they are also all covered in black out curtains for privacy and quiet at night, if desired.



The 75 meter/ 800 square foot apartment consists of a:



- relaxing living area with smart TV

- large sofa bed and chars

- a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining area

- a charming top floor queen sized bedroom

- 2 bathrooms with shower

- and dedicated large terrace. There is enough space on the terrace to sit and have dinner as a group of 2-4 or just drink cappuccino and take in all the magical sights from above.



You will also find a water kettle, coffee machine with capsules and assorted teabags, and a small laundry room next to the kitchen with washing machine and dryer.



The apartment, renovated and furnished with tasteful and comfortable design elements. It offers a wonderful view of the Duomo from the terrace.



You'll find fast wifi and air conditioning in all rooms.

You can enjoy the quietness, the comfort and the privacy that the apartment offers, despite being in the very heart of the city.



The apartment is also located near Saint Ambrosia market, where you can find lovely local cuisine as you decide between monuments, gardens, and museums that are all within walking distance. We are located near the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, in an area full of beautiful fashion and countless unique sights.

The apartment has a strategic location also for all those arriving by car (from both the airport and the train station – Taxi’s are always available), despite being in the limited traffic area (ZTL) of the historic center of Florence; there are parking garages available if you chose to be brave and have a car!



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is at the disposal of my guests.



Other things to note

Not Wheelchair accessible – No lift.



Check-in is possible from 3pm to 8pm.

Check-out is within 10 am.



To my guests I only ask a few things to be careful to:

- No parties or events

- The same day of your departure, new guests will be arriving and staying at the apartment, therefore I kindly ask you to leave the apartment neat, especially the kitchen and the bathroom

- Remove any food from the fridge and please take Garbage out.

- THIS IS A NO SMOKING APARTMENT

Jessica is the primary host. She is based in Florence and will meet you to let you into the apartment.
