Upstairs Sanctuary
Each bedroom is a quiet retreat, featuring blackout curtains, orthopaedic mattresses, premium memory foam pillows, and high-quality cotton bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep.
* Bedroom 1: Features a Super Kingsize bed (can be split into two singles upon request) and two spacious wardrobes.
* Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds (can be joined into a Super Kingsize upon request), a large bookshelf, and a dresser.
* Bedroom 3: Contains a cozy single bed with an open wardrobe.

An overflow storage cupboard is also available on the landing, and the modern bathroom includes a shower with good water pressure.

Downstairs Living
The open-plan living and dining area is a bright, welcoming space for everyone to gather. Relax on the comfortable sofa with cozy blankets and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. A dining table comfortably seats six for shared meals.

Need to work? A separate workstation with high-speed broadband is ready for you.

The thoughtfully equipped kitchen has everything for your culinary needs, from a morning coffee to a full home-cooked meal. You'll find modern appliances, a washing machine, a separate dryer, an Airfryer, a microwave, and a Dolce-Gusto coffee machine. Ample fridge/freezer and storage space make it perfect for extended stays.

Getting around is easy. Hop on a train or bus from Bootle New Strand (less than a 15-minute walk) to reach central Liverpool. Uber is also readily available.

Free street parking is available right outside, with no permit needed.
