LA GEMMA DI CALA ROSSA is a welcoming one-bedroom apartment with sea views, set in a peaceful area of the Cala Rossa Residence. Cala Canneddi beach is approximately 350 metres away and can easily be reached on foot. The private panoramic terrace, furnished for outdoor dining, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets over the Costa Rossa.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a double bedroom, a living room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a TV. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included. Non-reserved parking spaces are available directly in front of the property.
