The cottage was extensively renovated and insulated in 2024 and has a floor area of approximately 60 square metres.
The property features a spacious living area with hot/cold air conditioning, complete with a double sofa bed and a large dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and a convection oven, as well as a large refrigerator and freezer, both of which are no-frost models.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cutlery, as well as a Nespresso or compatible coffee machine and a kettle.
There is also a washing machine.
All appliances are new.
Hot water is provided by a new-generation heat pump water heater.
Both rooms are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning and spacious closets with hangers and drawers.
The charming bathroom, decorated in shades of sage green and powder pink, features a large designer sink and is complemented by a spacious enclosed glass-enclosed shower. There is an electric towel warmer above the bidet.
Opposite the front door is a large outdoor area paved with porphyry (complete with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs), which overlooks the illuminated garden—ideal for sunbathing during the day or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.

The garden in front of the villa is accessed through a gate, where a path begins, shaded by several centuries-old Lebanese cedars, with a few fruit trees rounding out the garden.
In the back garden, there is a large lawn that leads to a charming bamboo grove; here, too, there are several fruit trees.

The outdoor spaces are complemented by a paved area furnished with lounge chairs, a table, and chairs, in the shade of two imposing olive trees.
There is a heated outdoor shower, several water fountains, and electrical sockets.
The driveway is equipped with twilight lighting.

Finally, simply open the gate and in less than a minute you’ll be on the lakefront (where there is both a public beach and equipped beach facilities) for a refreshing swim or a romantic stroll.
Less than a minute’s walk away are several bars, a lakeside restaurant, and a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven (which also offers takeaway).
There is also a summer venue nearby with music on the weekends. The house’s location, its insulation, and the new windows and doors ensure peace and quiet at all times.
