You will have access to the entire apartment with private large terrace. You will also get to enjoy the communal pool and gym. You can make use of the private parking space inside the private garage.

Getting Around:
You will have use of an assigned parking space within the gated community. There is also plenty of space for off street parking.
The best way to explore all of what the Costa del Sol has to offer, make your stay more comfortable and have complete freedom is to do so by car. This gives you complete freedom of where and when you go. There are a multitude of car rental options available, and you can pre book these online.
Although we recommend making use of a car there are other options available such as taxi services and private transfer hire companies.

Please note this is a developing area so there is construction in the area that may cause noise.
To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a €26 non-refundable damage waiver applies to each 21-day period of your reservation. This waiver provides peace of mind by covering accidental damage during your stay.
