With 36 m² of space, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the first floor, there’s a welcoming living and dining area with a sofa bed, TV, and stereo, creating a nice spot to relax after a day out. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. The bedroom can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference, while the bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests also have access to modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Outside, the private terrace with a barbecue invites you to enjoy long summer evenings, and there’s a parking space available for your car. The house is located in Rottweil-Bühlingen, a peaceful district of Rottweil, Germany’s oldest town. Just a short distance away, you can wander through Rottweil’s charming medieval old town, admire its historic towers, or visit the Thyssenkrupp Test Tower for panoramic views over the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps.
