The property features two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential cooking utensils — perfect for guests who enjoy home-style convenience during their holiday. The living and dining area opens onto a beautiful 50 m² terrace, elegantly furnished with a lounge and outdoor dining area. From here, you can enjoy serene garden views and a glimpse of the sea.



An internal staircase leads to a private 40 m² solarium, complete with comfortable sun loungers — an ideal retreat for sunbathing or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars. The apartment accommodates up to four guests, includes air conditioning (hot and cold), high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with international channels, and private outdoor parking in the same building. Lift access ensures comfort and convenience for all guests. Children are welcome, and a baby cot can be provided on request. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.



As a guest of this apartment, you enjoy exclusive and complimentary access to the full range of resort amenities, valued at approximately $60 per person per day — included free of charge. These privileges include unlimited access to the Crystal Lagoon, use of sunbeds and umbrellas, entry to the resort gym, sauna, and outdoor jacuzzis, and beach towels for use throughout your stay. Lifeguards and children's safety staff are on-site daily to ensure a secure environment for all visitors.



Wristbands are provided to registered guests for access to the lagoon, pools, gym, and communal areas. Please note that non-registered visitors must purchase a separate wristband ($60 per person per day).
