Beautiful apartment with views of the golf course and the ocean
This place exudes tranquility: relax with the whole family!
A very nice apartment, newly furnished in 2025, with two bedrooms and a large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the “Marina de la Torre” golf course. The apartment is located within the Playa y Golf residential complex, just 50 metres from the beach and a short distance from the Marina de la Torre golf course.
Important Note: The company will not accept groups of young people or bachelor/hen nights. Some properties are available to couples under the age of 25.
Rentmojacar and its representatives are not liable for any circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdowns, illness, draining the pool for necessary maintenance, closure of the pool by the homeowners’ association, or failure in the provision of any public service.
Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Keys are picked up from a key safe in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks before your travel date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, cot rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.
