Luxury Design Apartment Downtown is just a few steps from the Navigli, in an elegant historic building of old Milan. The apartment, tastefully furnished in a style that combines art, design and elegance, was personally curated by artist Anna Teresa Ritacco, whose sculptures and works make the spaces unique and evocative. On the lower level you will find the entrance, living room with dining area, sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with a spacious shower equipped with chromotherapy. On the upper floor is the bedroom with double bed and storage room. The design of the spaces reflects the essence of Milanese modernity, playing with colors and lights that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with all comforts to ensure a pleasant and immediately familiar stay. Located on the ground floor of a historic building, the accommodation has independent access with self check-in. Guests can use the private condominium courtyard free of charge, which is used for parking. The area is one of the most lively and characteristic of Milan: close to Bocconi University, well served by supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Tram stops 3 and 15, and the green metro line, are about 100 meters away and allow you to reach in a few minutes the symbolic places of the city, such as the Duomo (about 2 km away) and the Navigli, the beating heart of Milanese fashion, design and culture. Over the years, the reviews have described the host as a cheerful, helpful person attentive to making every stay special, contributing to the charm of the experience in Apartment Design Artist. Guests are strictly forbidden from smoking; it is also recommended to return the house in good condition of cleanliness and order.

As soon as we walked in, the reaction was immediate: wow. The photos are beautiful, but they simply don’t do justice to the incredible atmosphere you feel in person. It’s one of those rare finds where you instantly feel “at home,” yet in a setting that is far more luxurious, curated, and incredibly stylish.Having free parking close to downtown was the ultimate luxury—total freedom to enjoy Milan without any stress. But the real game-changer, the element that turned a beautiful stay into an unforgettable memory, was Angelo. He is a host of rare courtesy and genuineness, someone who truly loves what they do. This wasn’t just a trip; it felt like a VIP experience from start to finish. An absolute gem.

The apartment was easy to access. We saw a few bugs in the bathroom when we first arrived but none afterwards. We barely used the kitchen but couldn’t find anyplace for garbage so made up our own garbage bag. There was left over fruity shampoo from earlier travelers and odds and sods to choose from for soap. The hairdryer was adequate. Interesting place but not very convenient to the city.
