Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.



For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, take the shuttle bus to Milan Central Station and get off at the "Milano - Viale Renato Serra" stop. Walk to the "Via Plana Viale Monte Ceneri" stop (a 7-minute walk) and take bus No. 57 to the "Via Varesina Via Dal Re" stop, 2 minutes on foot from the property;



- From Milan Central Station, take the M2 Green subway to the "Lanza" stop, then take bus No. 57 to the "Via Varesina Via Dal Re" stop, 2 minutes on foot from the property;



- By car, free street parking is available near the property (NOT guaranteed).
