This house is in a Compound all around 8 feet high boundary wall. The bedroom size is 12’x9, consists of King size bed, 2 steel Wardrobes.And Split AC.
The Living room size is 12’x12’ consists of 3 single beds, between living room and Kitchen wall built bar table with 4 bar chairs.
Kitchen size 12’x12’ consists of L shaped Counter, 4 burner Hob, Microwave, Mixer Grinder, 2 door Refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, dishes/pots to cook.
OTG (Oven, Toaster, Grill) can be given if the guests want to bake or for Rotisserie Chicken. All the windows are blinded by curtains. Hot water for bath by solar boiler plus Electric Water Heater. All the windows are having steel mesh to protect insects. The entry door has security door with steel mesh and inside opening wooden door. When you come out of the house stepping to car parking.All around the compound planted fruit yielding trees/plans. North& East sides of the compound streets, south and west side Neighbours houses. This place is 21KM (13 miles) from KIA international Airport.Super Markets, Grocery Stores, Vegetables, meat stores etc are in walking distance that is 1 km(0.62 miles). There are no steps to enter the house. Suitable for Wheel Chaired persons movement. Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, etc are provided.
