Getting around from Balluta Bay is simple and convenient. The apartment is well connected to St Julian’s, Sliema, Valletta and other key areas of Malta by public transport, taxis and ride-hailing services.
For arrivals from the airport, guests can take the TD3 direct bus route, which offers an easy connection to the St Julian’s area. For a smoother arrival, we can also help arrange a private taxi transfer with one of our trusted cab drivers, who already knows the property location and can take guests directly to the apartment with ease. This service is available at an extra cost and can be arranged through the Airbnb messaging app.
The seafront promenade, cafés, restaurants, swimming spots and nearby bays are all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing a car. Self check-in is available for added flexibility.

Unfortunately, property owners are not notified in advance about when nearby works may begin or where they may occur, and therefore we are unable to predict or control any noise that might arise during your stay.
Our beautifully restored 1928 Art Nouveau building is full of history and charm. As part of our ongoing restoration project, the original lift is currently undergoing specialist maintenance to bring it back to its best. While it is operational most of the time, there may be occasional periods during your stay when it is temporarily out of service and the staircase will need to be used instead. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need assistance with luggage at any point, please don't hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to help.
