The four bedrooms in each villa include three double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one additional double room with an adjacent bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open onto private balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea, offering serene morning and evening views.



Outdoors, both villas present their own 32 m² private swimming pool, 1.5 metres deep, complemented by a five-person hydromassage area. Large sun terraces, shaded pergolas, and elegant dining areas invite guests to relax and dine al fresco. Each villa offers a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a breakfast bar, perfect for preparing meals or hosting a private chef—available upon request for an additional cost. Guests may also enjoy outdoor training equipment, in-pool fitness accessories, and beautifully landscaped surroundings designed for tranquillity and privacy.



The property is equipped with premium amenities, including air-conditioning and heating throughout, ceiling fans, Sonos sound systems, Smart TVs in every room, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Complimentary on-site parking accommodates up to four cars. Daily housekeeping, in-villa massage services, private yoga classes, and airport transfers can be arranged at an extra charge.



A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival and returned within seven days of check-out following inspection. Smoking and parties are not permitted, and pets are not allowed. Cots for infants (1–2 years) are available free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
