The Majolica

We are in Rapino, a small town in the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo, located on the slopes of the northeastern side of the Majella, within the National Park.
Thanks to its strategic location, Rapino offers easy access to various nature trails, making the town a prime destination for enthusiasts of hiking, mountain biking, motocross, and horseback riding. Furthermore, it is located just 20 km from the Passo Lanciano ski resort.

The house is spread over three levels connected by an internal staircase:
- The master bedroom is located on the top level (facing the main road);
- On the middle level, there is a kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom, and a two-person sofa bed;
- On the lowest level is the basement, which features an additional two-person sofa bed.
In addition, each level has direct access to the outdoors through an exterior door.

Outside, you can enjoy the spacious garden, which features a wooden gazebo with a barbecue and a table with benches.
In addition, by walking through a small grove, you can reach a stream that runs alongside the property.
On the main road, there is a parking area that can accommodate up to three cars.

Rapino is best known for its art and ceramics—it is home to a ceramics museum—as well as for its olive groves and the ancient archaeological finds discovered at the Grotta del Colle and the Torre del Colle.
From the house’s location, you can reach the historic centre of Rapino, where you’ll find all the essential services.
