Additionally, you will have access to the complex’s common areas, such as the pool and recreational spaces, always respecting community rules to ensure a harmonious stay for all guests.



Other Important Information

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with visitor details.



Security deposit:

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount is fully and automatically refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided that no damage or issues have been found in the property.
