I booked according to the description of the property. I was expecting a 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. My family ended up being split over 2 floors in separate rooms and not an apartment. I was told the night before via the check in instructions that I was allocated only 2 rooms. I raised a complaint and asked for a cancellation and refund. In the end I did not receive a refund and I book and pay for another hotel. Very poor customer service. I expected a refund on the grounds of mis-selling. It was very stressful as I was sorting all this out whilst I was travelling. Avoid this host, they are liars!
