“Borgo Verde” is located on the ground floor of a pleasant residence with a large outdoor pool, ideal for enjoying splendid days relaxing in the sun.
A few minutes' walk from the beach, the bus stop is right outside the gate, and all major amenities, such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, are within easy reach.
The accommodation is also perfect for those who choose to stay without a private vehicle.
The convenient parking area in front of the apartment's entrance gate makes loading and unloading easy, making it ideal for those with mobility disabilities.
Entering the private, fenced garden, you'll immediately notice the well-kept vegetation, awning, and practical table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner al fresco.
Upon entering, you immediately enter the bright living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, a table with four chairs, and a kitchen equipped with appliances such as:
refrigerator/freezer
oven
microwave
toaster
kettle
gas stove
The kitchen is also fully equipped with cutlery, various glasses, assorted plates, cups and mugs, pots and pans of various types and sizes, as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare excellent meals.
The hallway leads to:
the spacious and bright master bedroom with a large wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a ceiling fan;
the second bedroom with a single bed, a pull-out bed, and a decent-sized wardrobe;
the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.
ONE TOWEL SET IS PROVIDED FOR EACH GUEST: 1 face towel, 1 shower towel, and 1 bidet towel.
LINEN IS PROVIDED FOR ALL OCCUPIED BEDS.
