This charming Mallorca villa is set in the pretty valley in the Aumadrava area approx less than 10 mins from the sea and old town Pollensa with its wonderful choice of restaurants and cafes. Not far away are the beautiful three cove beaches of Cala St. Vicenç with their turquoise waters. Villa gates open into a drive leading directly up to the Villa.Large covered terrace greets you over the entrance door which opens into a large spacious light and airy lounge/dining room with its stylish black leather sofas. To the right of the lounge is an inner hall on the right is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes with en suite complete bathroom. On the left a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes inbetween the two bedrooms is a separate complete shower room. Leading directly off the dining through a feature stone arch leads through to a large twin bedroom with its en suite shower room with step in shower recess.To the left of the dining is the fully fitted kitchen, with door out to the covered terrace with direct access to the pool and beautiful gardens. At the far end of the kitchen is a separate utility room which comprises also a shower room. The lovely pool is located at the front of the villa surrounded by sun terrace on one side and extensive lawns the other. The large covered terrace is adjacent as is the BBQ area offering ideal setting for outdoor living and al fresco eating nearby the pool.We recommend Villa Fiol as a perfect Pollensa villa for those wishing to enjoy relaxed outdoor living, a mix of traditional and modern décor with an open plan light and airy atmosphere, combined with its location is a truly ideal Pollensa villa for all.
