Duplex with 2-bedrooms. It is located on calle Almirante Espinosa, in Macarena - a traditional and constantly bustling neighborhood in the historic centre of Seville. The apartment is quiet because the living room and bedroom windows overlook an interior patio. Just few steps away, there are food markets, supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares and churches. Las Setas is a 5-minute walk away, and the Cathedral is a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment has 2 floors. On the main floor (second floor) is the living room and kitchen. On the lower floor (first floor) are the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Full bathroom with a shower.

On the roof terrace (third floor of the building), there is a small terrace for private use. The access to the terrace is from the communal staircase of the building or by elevator (NOT from the apartment itself).
