I love hosting our guests and am happy to hear they love my Condo! My husband my daughter and I have been vacationing in Mesa for 20+ years and love the location and the year round Sunshine, We live in Illinois so it is a great getaway from the cold and snow.

My In-laws have lived in this community for 25 years and it is a wonderful quiet welcoming community. We just felt welcomed and comfortable purchasing here also.
What makes this property unique
Small Community, Close to shops and highways, Golf & Spring Cactus League sports. Go Cubs! Pool is welcoming and almost private at times plus heated to enjoy longer swimming times and Hot Tub is a Plus.
