Renovated apartment, very well situated next to Sant Pol beach, close to the shops and restaurants and to the centre, since you can walk to any point of interest in the area.



*The agency can request a deposit of €200, with a block on the credit card or in cash. We are required to collect the tourist tax (1€ per person per day for the first 7 days) (children under 16 are exempt).



Located on the third floor without elevator of a residential block. It has a double room with a double bed with access to the terrace, and TV. A room with two single beds and a sofa bed in the dining room. Air conditioning and parking space. 2 minutes from the fantastic Sant Pol beach. Newly renovated, full bathroom with shower. Well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The living-dining room has access to the outdoor terrace, spacious to eat and enjoy the area. It has outdoor furniture.
