Casita in highly coveted guard-gated community, GrayHawk. Studio kitchen and sitting area compliment this 1-bedroom unit that has been recently remodeled. Full bath with shower and all the amenities needed. Close proximity to Mayo Clinic Hospital and West World. Perfect location for TPC Waste Management golf tournament. We decided to have guests at our casita so that they would have an alternative to the standard busy hotels. We especially understood the need when you are a patient and undergoing medical treatment. This is our home too, and we would be honored to have you stay here with us. We believe you will especially love this peaceful oasis so close to many hotspots.

I have been a Scottsdale resident since 1998. I came here initially for my surgery residency and fell in love with the area. I also have a property in Deer Valley.
Why they chose this property
The Grayhawk area is a beautiful, peaceful, and secure neighborhood. There is a public golf course as part of the community. It is convenient to many attractions including West World, Musical Instruments Museum, TPC golf, and Mayo Clinic Hospital.
What makes this property unique
We made the choice to have guests join us at our casita so that individuals would have an alternative to the standard busy hotels. We especially understand that need when you are a patient and undergoing care at the Mayo Clinic. This is our home too, and we wanted to have others share in our oasis. The casita has a private entrance through a shared courtyard that is a safe space with security cameras. A queen bed and full bathroom complete the space. There is a large walk-in closet and kitchen that includes refrigerator and microwave. I think we have covered most of the basics and there is coffee maker, tea pot, ice machine, toaster, and all the utensils and dinnerware/glasses needed. Of course, a large smart TV! We believe you will especially love this peaceful oasis so close to town!
