This holiday home, newly built in 2019, is located in a beautiful natural area on a spacious nature estate near Silkeborg. Built with high-quality materials and tastefully and personally decorated, the holiday home has wooden floors throughout and white walls, which make the house bright and inviting. The kitchen is open plan and integrated into the living room, making it an ideal place for family life. There are also two bathrooms, one of which has access to the large, beautiful wooden terrace. The same applies to one of the bedrooms in the house. There are a total of three good bedrooms to choose from. Surrounding the holiday home is a large wooden terrace and a large covered terrace where you can barbecue and enjoy the cooler evening hours. The house is located on a huge natural plot with beautiful views of the fields and space for children to play. A table football table and frisbee golf are available for recreational fun. The area offers good fishing opportunities, and Tollundgård Golf Club and a put-and-take fishing lake are also located near the holiday home. There are good opportunities for long walks in the pleasant and scenic area around Bølling Lake.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
