Retreat to one of the three bedrooms, each boasting a king-sized bed and a unique pop of colour, ideal for a restful night's sleep. You'll also find there is a TV in the bedroom subscribed to the full SKY package that has all the channels including sports.
The bathroom offers a luxurious escape with its tastefully furnished marble-effect tiles and heated towel rack. Enjoy a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. Venture outside to the private, paved patio, where you can relax with a morning coffee or host a delightful barbecue.

11 Smedley Ave is conveniently located near public transport options. Manchester Victoria station, a major rail hub, is a short bus ride away, providing excellent connections to the rest of the city and beyond. Local buses are easily accessible for quick trips around the neighbourhood.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
