Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The rates published are for one bedroom, one or two people. The rate for more than two people per night is 20 dollars per night for the second bedroom. There are no shared rooms, the space is totally private, with a private entrance.

Nice location. Nice views

We enjoyed our stay (March 2020) although we did cut it 8 days short due to the corona virus and our 3 day drive home to Michigan. It is nicely located with a pleasant view from the rear porch entrance. Furnished pleasantly and the wifi was good. The only TV is in the bedroom so that could be improved. But we streamed a lot of TV content on tablets and laptops. Did not get to meet the owner (due to the virus probably) but he was responsive to emails. The area is nice and we took a lot of long walks. Easy access to I 10 and the Cortaro shopping corridor. The outlet mall is only minutes away. Very close to Crooked Tree Golf Course. Close to the Dove Mtn. and Tangerine to Oro Valley areas. Overall a nice place and a good value.

Private, quiet, and relaxing!!! Never bothered by anyone.

I would rent it again and hope to next year. I didn’t know where to put the garbage as I bagged it up. That was the only complaint.

The location worked well for us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house was very clean and met our needs. Phil was also very responsive, and made sure we had a great stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are in town!

Home away from home

Could not have been better even though we did not take full advantage of what was available. We were so busy doing things around the area that we left early in the morning and came back to sleep well after dark, but it was great to be able to come home to a quite neighborhood and a comfortable private space to relax in. Could not believe all of this for a very affordable price. Terri fell in love with the house and the exterior design not to mention the professional level of interior design, we had everything we needed and more. We have no complaints whatsoever, wish we could have stayed longer but we had a very long drive ahead of us. We've already posted the link to the Vrbo site for the house, I hope someone we know stays there to prove it was not our imagination.

Wonderful Home!

This was a perfect place for us to spend a few days in the Tucson area for a competition in which our son participated. It was extremely clean and private and had all the amenities we needed! Because we were traveling to several places in the area, the location of the home was perfect related to proximity to the highway and close to restaurants and stores. Phil was wonderful and accommodating! Two big thumbs up!!!

Overall impression of the place was really nice and welcoming. Plenty of room to relax after a long day out exploring and a very nice view of Tucson and the sunsets. Plenty of kitchen supplies to let you bring some groceries back and make your own meals. One thing to mention is that if you are using both bedrooms it mentions there will be an additional charge, what it doesnt mention is that you will need cash or check to pay the additional amount before you leave. I would reccomend this to anyone looking to stay in the area, very affordable and in a clean and quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable Home, Mountain Views

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The big kitchen is a nice plus for people like us, who like to cook. The dining table overlooks the patio and the mountain views: it was so nice to look out in the morning over coffee and watch the sun hit the mountains. Nice home in a nice neighborhood. The owner, Phil, was a great host and is very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice facility

Very clean and modern with a nice view of Tucson. The commute to Tucson is about 15 to 20 minutes a little longer during rush hour. The immediate area has several grocery stores and the Tucson Premium Outlet Mall on Twin Peaks exit #244. Host was very helpful and responsive when I had any questions. Next time I'm in Tucson I am planning on trying to stay here again!! Thanks Phil & Sylvia I had a great stay!!

Quiet, comfortable, and homey southwestern-style getaway

Our host was very accommodating and friendly. We had a lot of plans, so this home was very comfortable to come back to after our long daily adventures. The location is right where I wanted to be - a bit out from town but still close enough to everything we needed. Full kitchen access is a plus if you'd prefer to cook during your stay. The host has set up private entry and separation from his own living space, so it was quite private for a shared space. This was perfect for us!
