This cozy 30m² studio is conveniently located near Valencia’s main attractions, such as the Central Market and La Lonja de la Seda, right in the city center. It’s surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering different culinary options. Please note that the apartment is located at street level.

The open-plan living area includes a sofa, a TV, and a built-in dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils to prepare whatever you need. It also features an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other useful appliances.

Further inside, you’ll find the bedroom area with a double bed and a wardrobe with curtains. Although it’s a bit dim, there’s a window that provides some natural light. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Lastly, the bathroom is well equipped, offering clean towels and toiletries for your comfort.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned.

Here you’ll find the city’s most iconic landmarks, such as Valencia Cathedral, El Miguelete, La Lonja de la Seda —a UNESCO World Heritage Site— and the Central Market, one of the oldest and most beautiful in Europe. Every corner invites you to wander, discover its history, admire its architecture, and soak up its unique atmosphere.

Ciutat Vella is also the beating heart of Valencia’s cultural and social life. The area is filled with restaurants, bars, cafés, and terraces, offering everything from traditional tapas to fine dining. At night, the neighborhood comes alive with live music venues, cocktail bars, and bohemian spots that reflect the Mediterranean spirit.

With its unbeatable location and excellent transport connections, it’s the perfect starting point to explore Valencia on foot or by bike. History, culture, gastronomy, and local life come together here to create an unforgettable experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

The nearest bus stop, Carda - Moro Zeit (Central Market), line 73, is just a 3-minute walk away.

Valencia Airport is about 30 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
