The Space:

Located within the beautifully landscaped Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park, Beryl Lodge offers a stylish and spacious countryside escape for families and friends. This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom lodge comfortably sleeps up to six guests and combines elegant design with all the comforts of home.



The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, featuring a contemporary kitchen with integrated appliances, a large dining table for group meals, and a comfortable lounge area complete with a Smart TV and plush seating. Full-length windows flood the space with natural light and open out to the private decking area, where you can unwind in the luxurious hot tub or enjoy an alfresco breakfast surrounded by peaceful park views.



The master bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite shower room. The the second bedroom is home to a double bed and a second bathroom adds convenience for larger groups. The additional sofa bed in the lounge ensures there’s space for everyone.



With a serene lakeside setting and a modern interior finished in calming neutral tones, Beryl Lodge is ideal for those seeking relaxation, comfort, and a touch of luxury. Guests can enjoy tranquil walks, a round of golf, or simply relax in the bubbling hot tub after a day exploring the surrounding Yorkshire countryside.



Please note, Beryl Lodge does not accept pets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their lodge from 4pm on their arrival date.

Our on-site team will be on hand to support your check in and ensure you have everything you need for your stay.



Please note that there is one parking space to the side of each lodge, this is to be used by one vehicle only. All other vehicles can drive to the lodge to drop-off luggage but must park their car in the main car park for the duration of their stay.

There is strictly no parking on the grass at any times.



Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm and 9am and we politely ask that you respect your neighbours when using the outdoor facilities during these hours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time when staying with us.



All guests can make use of the additional facilities at the Lodge Park. These include JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Children's Play Park

Getting Around:

Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park is ideally located in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, offering easy access by road, rail, or bus, while being just a short drive from the historic city of York. The park sits just off the A1079, around two miles from the charming market town of Pocklington and approximately thirteen miles east of York city centre. Guests travelling from the north or south can reach the park via the A1(M) and A64, with free on-site parking available, adding convenience and flexibility when exploring the local area.



For those arriving by train, York Railway Station is the nearest mainline hub, offering frequent direct services from major cities including London, Leeds, Manchester, and Edinburgh. From the station, the park is around a 25–30 minute drive, with taxis and car hire readily available. Regular bus services also operate between York and Pocklington via East Yorkshire Buses, and from Pocklington it’s just a short five-minute taxi ride or a pleasant countryside walk to the park.



Locally, guests will find a range of shops, cafés, and restaurants in nearby Pocklington, along with beautiful open spaces like Allerthorpe Common Nature Reserve, perfect for walking and cycling. The city of York is easily reachable for day trips, offering world-famous attractions such as York Minster, The Shambles, and Clifford’s Tower.
