Right on the seafront, in a peaceful pedestrian area of Colònia de Sant Pere, this contemporary apartment for four guests enjoys privileged views and offers the perfect setting to unwind, whether you’re travelling as a couple or with family.
Outdoor living is especially inviting on the spacious roof terrace, set two floors above the apartment and accessed via the communal staircase. From here, the views of the sea and promenade are truly spectacular, creating an ideal spot for sunlit breakfasts or unwinding in the gentle sea breeze. During high season, the awning offers welcome shade, while the mobile barbecue lets you enjoy relaxed al fresco dinners with total ease. Although privacy is partial, the area is calm, and the atmosphere along the promenade brings a charming, laid-back feel to every moment of the day.

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without a lift, and blends practicality with comfort in a modern, well-equipped environment. The air-conditioned living-dining area, featuring a Smart TV, flows seamlessly into the induction-equipped kitchen — fully fitted for cooking — creating a warm, functional space to enjoy with family. There are three bedrooms: a single room with a fan and wardrobe, a double room with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. The two bathrooms provide everything needed for longer stays, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A separate laundry room — complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board — is especially practical for multi-day visits. For families with young children, the apartment also includes a cot and a highchair.

Colònia de Sant Pere is a wonderfully peaceful, residential area, perfect for those seeking calm by the sea. You’ll find all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including small supermarkets, restaurants and a charming seafront promenade ideal for evening strolls with views across Alcudia Bay. The local beach, with its soft sand and clear waters, is perfect for families, and just nearby lies the more unspoilt beach of Son Serra de Marina, a favourite among surfers and paddle-boarders. The marina offers boat excursions, while a short drive takes you to the Llevant Nature Park for hiking, as well as the golf courses of Capdepera and Canyamel.
