Built in 2003 and well maintained, it features natural materials, large windows, and open views that blend the interior with its surroundings. The spacious terrace, outdoor kitchen, and wood-fired sauna create inviting outdoor spaces, while the plot opens toward the evening sun and the sea. Completed in 2003 and carefully maintained since, Härlax was designed for comfortable living in a coastal landscape. The interiors are calm and welcoming, shaped by natural light, tactile materials, and thoughtful details. The living area centres around a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, while comfortable bedrooms and timeless furnishings make the house feel instantly familiar.

Outdoors, the wide terrace, summer kitchen with dining area and BBQ facilities, and a separate wood-fired sauna building with an atmospheric lounge area overlooking the sea provide space to enjoy both quiet mornings and long evenings by the water. The surrounding landscape opens to the sea, with views that shift gently with the weather and light.
Härlax lies within easy reach of Porvoo’s old town, known for its wooden houses, restaurants, and boutiques.

Please keep voice, noise and music at a considerate volume to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. We are committed to responsible hosting and respect the local community.

A Minut sensor on the patio monitors noise levels to ensure they stay within a respectful limit during quiet hours. It does not record conversations, maintaining your privacy at all times.

Please note that the beach at the property is rocky and it is best suited for adults and older children.
