Welcome to Rainbow Fish, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach home tucked away in the quiet, gated Sunrise Beach community in Santa Rosa Beach. This coastal retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two full beds in the third bedroom. The layout is ideal for families or small groups looking for convenience, comfort, and a true beachside escape.

Inside, you'll find new hardwood floors, fresh neutral tones, and a completely updated kitchen featuring new countertops, appliances, and even a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker®. Coffee lovers can enjoy either a Keurig or standard drip coffee maker. The first floor includes a spacious living area with a 55” LG Smart TV, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath. Upstairs, two bedrooms connect to a shared balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

We had an issue with the hot tub and it was quickly addressed by the property manager. He maintained continued communications with us as we worked through the issue. Location is prime and this was our second stay in this home we love the privacy most of all.

So easy

This property is so easy to get to beach, dining and shopping. The hot tub and pool were great for the little kids. The plug outlets in the bedrooms need to be replace as they won’t hold plugs in them so you have to use extension cords to plug in phones etc. the property managers were great in Responding to any issues we had. The little kids absolutely loved this place.

We loved so many things about this house…pool, hot tub, space for two teens and 10 year old and two adults. Our favorite thing was easy access to beach and chairs/umbrellas set up daily on the beach. Made it so easy to pop down to the beach at any time without having to lug everything. Would easily stay again!

We loved so many things about the vacation! The beach is absolutely beautiful and the location of the home is perfect. Just steps away from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. Visiting our family who lives in Santa Rosa beach. It was gorgeous location and development Everyone we met were extremely nice and very friendly. We felt like we were in our own home and u can’t ask for anything more than that when vacationing. We were so comfortable. We would definitely come back again.
