This coastal retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two full beds in the third bedroom. The layout is ideal for families or small groups looking for convenience, comfort, and a true beachside escape.

Inside, you'll find new hardwood floors, fresh neutral tones, and a completely updated kitchen featuring new countertops, appliances, and even a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker®. Coffee lovers can enjoy either a Keurig or standard drip coffee maker. The first floor includes a spacious living area with a 55” LG Smart TV, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath. This is our 2nd summer vacay at “our” purple house. It is perfect for families with kids. When they get tired or too sunburned from the beach, you can just walk minutes home to your private peaceful pool or hot tub. It’s located a In short walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops and novelty shopping. The front veranda is great for playing early morning board games or just sipping on a cup of coffee before you start your day. Our grandkids were 4 & 7 when we started coming here and they absolutely love the purple house. We will be back next year!

This house is fabulous! Clean, close to the beach…. We love the pool and the hot tub! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. We had 5 adults, 2 kids, and our dog, with plenty of room. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a beautiful place n a quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely beautiful property! Amazing communication with the host and the home is exactly how it is described. Super short walk to the private beach. You can definitely tell where the private beach ends and the public beaches begin. Tons of space on the private beach with umbrellas and chairs set up for you daily. The public beaches are body to body, packed with umbrellas. The private beach is clean and beautiful! The hot tub and pool are both very clean and well maintained. The hosts even gave ou family a 100 restaurant gift card because they set up a new patio table while we were there, which it was no inconvenience for them to set the table up at all, they just went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and enjoy we definitely did! The beds are so comfy! We will definitely be back to Santa Rosa and stay at La Bella Vita for sure. Thank you for a magical vacation!

Wonderful stay

We loved so many things about this house…pool, hot tub, space for two teens and 10 year old and two adults. Our favorite thing was easy access to beach and chairs/umbrellas set up daily on the beach. Made it so easy to pop down to the beach at any time without having to lug everything. Would easily stay again!

Excellent family home

We loved so many things about the vacation! The beach is absolutely beautiful and the location of the home is perfect. Just steps away from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this home for comfort and convenience. The management company was excellent and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with the hot tub and it was quickly addressed by the property manager. He maintained continued communications with us as we worked through the issue. Location is prime and this was our second stay in this home we love the privacy most of all.

This house has so much potential but is in desperate need of some TLC. Let’s get the negatives out of the way first because the good truly does outweigh the bad. Negatives: 1. The house cleaning left something to be desired upon entering. 2. The upstairs hall bath has peeling ceiling everywhere and has traces of mold. 3. The gas grill only has half of it working (the other half doesn’t light at all) and the automatic start doesn’t work so you have to reach in and start it manually with a lighter. 4. The upstairs hall had a smoke detector just hanging from the ceiling.5. Dishwasher doesn’t work nor did the dryer (but dryer was replaced quickly). While I helped maintenance get the dryer in he told me they had asked the owner numerous times to replace but the owner chose to repair previously instead. That’s a bummer to hear for what we pay.6. Needs far more utensils and cookware, and some kitchen stuff needs replaced (toaster). Good: 1. This was our first dog friendly house in sunrise beach and that was a huge plus. 2. First time with a hot tub too. Didn’t think it would get used during august in Florida but it was used daily. My family loved it. 3. The A/C in this house is the best we’ve had. 4. The fridge was spacious and worked great5. Beds and pillows were soft/comfortable. We loved the private beach, umbrella set up, and pool but almost all the houses have this. All in all we would certainly stay here again. Just would like to see those updates next time.

Thank you for the detailed feedback about your stay at La Bella Vita. We’re glad the pet friendly setup, hot tub, A/C, spacious fridge, comfortable beds, and private beach/pool added to your stay. I’m sorry the property fell short in several areas. We’ve notified our cleaning team and added an extra pre-check inspection to prevent future issues. Maintenance has been scheduled to assess and remediate the upstairs hall ceiling repair or replace the grill and its ignition, secure and test all smoke detectors, and service or replace the dishwasher. The dryer has already been replaced, and we’re upgrading cookware, utensils, and the toaster. Thank you for letting us know what needed attention — we appreciate the feedback and would welcome the chance to host you again.
