Summary:

Enjoy our unique paradise on the Zeeland coast: a green oasis of tranquillity right at the foot of the dunes. Within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by the Noordervroon nature reserve, with Domburg and Westkapelle nearby. Spread across the grounds of an authentic farmhouse dating from 1870, you will find four charming holiday cottages. New is the Lighthouse Lodge (2024): a detached wooden cottage for 4 adults and 2 children, lovingly decorated with an eye for detail and playful accents.



The Space:

Lighthouse Lodge is a stylish and unique detached holiday home for 4 to 6 people (max. 4 adults). Thanks to the many windows and the loft, the house is wonderfully light and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The living room is attractively furnished with a comfortable sofa, two lounge chairs, a wood-burning stove and a spacious dining table for 6 people. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped with a Quooker, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment. Of course, Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix are also available. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with comfortable box-spring beds and their own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin, while the second bedroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The spacious open attic (accessible via a steep staircase from the living room) has two extra beds, ideal for children or adults aged 8 and above. Outside, you can enjoy a sunny, green private garden of approximately 100 m², fully fenced for optimal peace and privacy. The garden is furnished with a lounge sofa, sun loungers, picnic table and parasol for relaxing together and enjoying the outdoors.



Guest Access:

The Lighthouse Lodge holiday home is a completely detached, newly built house (2024) with its own front door and a fully enclosed private garden. The entire holiday home and garden are exclusively available to guests, ensuring optimal privacy. Parking is free in the private car park.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: the spacious open attic is accessible from the living room via a steep and narrow staircase. Suitable for children (aged 8 and above) and adults. Smoking and e-smoking (vaping) are not permitted in the cottages, gardens or on the grounds.
