The check in process is confusing as the keys are attached to another building in the back fence and is quite a walk. If you are arriving from another country and are jetlagged, be aware. Additionally, the plumbing in the tub is sub optimal and takes over 10 minutes to drain so you are standing in dirty bath water. There are no knives in the kitchen that you can use for cooking. There are also no tissues you can use for your face. I believe these to be minimal hosting items. The couch bed is uncomfortable as there is a wooden piece that juts out right in the middle of the couch. The bed is also not a true king size-it fit one adult and a toddler. Overall, the stay was ok- very bare bone accomodations.

Please accept my sincere apologies that your experience fell short of expectations, particularly regarding the amenities and maintenance. To address your specific concerns: • Plumbing: I am very sorry about the slow-draining tub. I have scheduled a plumber to clear the line immediately to ensure future guests don't face this issue. • Kitchen & Essentials: It is our goal to provide a well-stocked home, and I clearly missed the mark here. I have since replenished the kitchen with a proper knife set and ensured that tissues and other "minimal hosting items" are now standard in our turnover checklist. • Check-in & Furniture: I appreciate your honesty regarding the key location and the comfort of the beds. We are currently looking into a more convenient lockbox solution and will investigate the couch bed frame to see if it can be repaired or replaced. We strive to provide more than just "bare bones" accommodations, and your feedback is incredibly helpful in helping us get back on track. We would love the chance to host you again in the future and provide the seamless, comfortable stay you deserve. Best regards,
