Modern furnished, fully equipped and spacious apartment suitable for 6 persons. Apartment features free wi fi, air conditioning and parking place. It is perfect located , on only 3- 5 min by walk from city center !
In the garden is beautiful heated swimming pool and sundeck where guests can peacefully relax during the day. Pool is shared with other guests from the villa. If guests prefer to swim in the sea, nearest beach is on 5 min by walk.

Apartment is on the ground floor, next to the pool. It is very spacious ( 65 m2 ) has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower + extra toilet, kitchen, living area and terrace.
Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided.

Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurious apartment, belonging terrace , pool area as well as a specific parking space on the ground floor.
