New modern furnished, fully equipped and very spacious ( 140 m2) apartment suitable for 10 persons with 4 bedrooms & 4 ensuite bathrooms.
Apartment features free wi fi, A/C and parking. In the garden is nice pool ( shared ) where guests can relax & chill during the day.
Location is perfect , on only 4- 5 min by walk from city center and all facilities !

Apartment is on the 2 nd floor of the brand new modern villa. There are 2 more apartments.
Apartment is very spacious and bright with fully equipped kitchen, living area where is extendable sofa suitable for two persons, nice terrace with lounge seats & table , four bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided.
Guest access
Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurius apartment, belonging terrace, as well as swiming pool and a specific parking space on the ground floor.

Pool is shared with other guests from the same villa.
