The bedroom has independent summer and winter air conditioning with a remote control.
The utility room features a washing machine and a folding drying rack, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom, furnished in a simple, modern style, is warm and inviting, featuring a clear glass shower enclosure and a large showerhead for a relaxing shower, as well as a handheld showerhead to keep your hair dry. The ceramic sink with a large mirror, along with the toilet, bidet, and bathroom fixtures, complete the decor, along with a towel warmer that can be turned on manually and shuts off automatically.
