The spacious 70m² apartment is a great option for traveling friends and lovers. The perfect location offers a spacious stay very close to the Vienna Volksoper and Vienna's largest hospital (AKH).

-The 70m2 ground floor apartment consists of 2 non-separate bedrooms with a total of 2 double beds and two sofa beds for 5 people.

Kitchen is in a separate room.

The toilet and bathroom are separate and accessible from the anteroom.

There are cheap parking options nearby and good connections to public transport.

Attention: The sofabed is NOT suitable for tall people! Please ask us for further information about the sofa bed!

There is a supermarket 3 minutes away. In addition, the Vienna Opera is only 300 meters away!

Getting around

The Währinger Belt subway station is well connected. The U6 connects you to the entire Vienna subway network, where you can reach practically anywhere in no time! Tram 40 and 41 will take you to Schottentor in 10 minutes. With U6 you reach Handelskai station, where you can take the train directly to Vienna Airport.
