This stylish and modern one bedroom flat is centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge off Newmarket Road. It is a short walk to the River Cam and nearby Grafton shopping centre, with easy access to local restaurants and bars. This spacious one bedroom flat on the top floor, has been decorated and furnished to create a relaxing and elegant experience, with free parking and local services on your doorstep. This is the perfect place for people looking to explore, work, or study here in Cambridge.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with wardrobe and Juliette balcony
Sofa Bed in Lounge: Suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, at an additional cost. Please request during your booking.
We provide bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are available for your stay.
Main bathroom with walk-in shower only.
CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a 50 inch Smart TV with all your favourite TV and Streaming channels available to watch. Own account required for streaming channels. There is also a dedicated working desk with a monitor, to work from home, and a fast wifi connection. Also, a small private balcony to enjoy on warm summer nights.
EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, small fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine/dryer available for personal use.
PARKING:
There is a dedicated parking spot for one car at the back of the apartment building, that is available and free for guests to use.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated in a prime location in the centre of Cambridge, we are located along Newmarket Road opposite the Cambridge Retail Park and Beehive Centre. It is a short walk to the River Cam and nearby Grafton shopping centre, with easy access to local restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to five different supermarkets including Tesco, M&S Food, ASDA, Lidl, and ALDI, as well as nearby cafes. There is a bus stop in front of the building with direct access into the City centre and Cambridge train station.
I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours.
- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
- Extra guests are not allowed.

- Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.

You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.
The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
