The apartment has 1 double room with en-suite bathroom, plus a further shower-room. The bathrooms have been renovated with modern fittings and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of crockery.
The large terrace is south-west facing to enjoy the afternoon sun.
There is internet and cable TV fitted at the property, and air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom.
Use of basement garage space. Bed-linen and towels supplied.
On resort there is a poolside snack-bar restaurant, convenience store, a 25m x 15m swimming pool, lovely gardens and 2 tennis courts.
The apartment is located in an area with all amenities at hand, including numerous golf courses. The beautiful beach of Meia Praia is close by and Lagos Marina, with its many waterfront cafes, bars and restaurants is a short walk down a hill. The historic and vibrant centre of Lagos with its cobbled streets, and wide selection of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants can be reached via the Marina footbridge.
Note: Recent construction in the vicinity can potentially cause intermittent disturbance.
