It is an elegantly decorated 170 sq. m villa, offering guests high standards of comfort and relaxation. Esencia Luxury Villa consists of three floors. In the basement you can find the laundry. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen designed for your convenience, featuring modern appliances, a WC a modern dining room and a living room with a large comfortable couch, a modern sofa and a 65’’ TV, a private saltwater swimming pool and stunning views. The upper floor has a master bedroom with an en- suite bathroom and a balcony, one twin bedroom with a big veranda and one double room with a balcony ,a separate spacious bathroom. The veranda has marvelous views to the garden and the balconies have views to the garden and to the sea. All bedrooms offer large 43’’ TVs and open closets.
The external villa consists of a beautiful garden, a BBQ area with a dining area under a pergola and an outdoor living room. The unique element though is the beautiful 45 sq.m. private salt water swimming pool , with stunning views of Agia Pelagia bay.
