Magnificent apartment with balcony and furnished terrace. This finely decorated accommodation is located in the traditional Sicilian village of Mascali.



The apartment is set on the first floor of an elegant building without an elevator and opens onto a bright open-plan living area featuring a dining table, sitting area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to a beautiful furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments in the sun. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom, furnished with a French bed and adjacent to the living area, is provided with a sliding door and shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms are also equipped with French beds. Completing the layout is completed by two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, both equipped with a bidet.
