LIVING ROOM:
Sit back and relax in the stylish and spacious lounge with a couch built for the ultimate kickback and Netflix and chill vibe.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you could need in a home away from home. You will find a washer dryer , iron , ironing board , microwave ,toaster fridge freezer and kettle. We also provide tea and coffee for your convenience.

DINING AREA:
We have a dining table with 5 chairs. Our dining table is located in the kitchen, so sit back and enjoy meals with your partner/ friends.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The perfect place to relax and unwind with the use of a kingsize bed, ample wardrobe space and a smart TV.

DOUBLE BEDROOM:
Another perfect place to relax and unwind with the use of a double bed, walk in wardrobe and a smart TV.

SMALL BEDROOM:
This bedroom is a small room with a double bed , perfect for a child staying over too.

BATHROOM:
A well equipped bathroom with a high pressure walk in shower, along with toilet essentials provided for your stay (toilet roll, cleaning products, shower gel and sanitary items.

WIFI:
Perfect for that business trip , pleasure trip or Netflix and Chill. With our super fast Wi-Fi , you are guaranteed to stream and use the internet without interferences.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES AND LONGER STAYS:
We have and provide everything that is needed for those longer trips. This accommodation can sleep up to 6 adults , however a more comfortable stay with 4 adults and 2 children. If small children are staying , we also have an option for travel cot hire. Please note that Notice will have to be given if a travel cot is required.
Guest access
Check in time is usually 2pm, however early check in is available if we don’t have guests checking out. We will try our utmost best to full-fill your needs. We have installed a secure YALE safely access lock , which enables keyless entry into the property.

* There is a backyard area located through the external door of the Living Room [If you are a smoker please use this area but be sure to close the door when doing so].
Other things to note
Self check-in is available via the Yale smart lock — no need to meet in person unless you prefer.

External security cameras are installed at the front and rear of the property for guest safety and property security. These do not monitor any indoor areas.

The home is set in a quiet, residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.

We live locally and can attend the property if needed, but we always respect your privacy and will only visit if it’s essential or requested.
