The place is very clean, quiet, well equipped, car parking, balcony and walking distance to every thing you need such as supermarkets, Caribe Express, car rental, transportation....etc. The area and apartment complex are very safe also, you can walk around any time in Pueblo Bavaro. There is a fresh coconut stand outside of the east side main gate also. There are two main gates to get in Pueblo Bavaro. There is a pool if you want to chill and take sun. The host is very responsive and answered any questions I had. I communicated with her through Whatsapp, and Expidia site. In DR every one uses Whatsapp, so download it before you go. Wi-Fi was strong and no issues at all. They have self check in and they will let you know how to get in 24 hours before check in, so get that info in advance. The apartment has 2 AC systems, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, so you can keep cool. During the day, I had the balcony door and windows open and did not needed AC. The water pressure was excellent also.
